I have worked at a company for 25 years as a manager and have been put on a performance plan.  I am sure I will be fired at the end of the 4 weeks. I signed a copy of the plan identifying all the things they SAY I did wrong. When I get fired, since I signed the form, can I get unemployment if needed.  Trying to find a job but 4 weeks doesn't allow much time.

I understand your situation. You should be looking at applying for benefits until you find a suitable job.

You should be eligible provided your application meets all other requirements.
