Was fired for untrue abuse allegations, but this has become a legal matter. Will I be eligible for unemployment?

Workplace fired me due to the allegations, even though I worked there for 25 years with a spotless record. Have legal charges, court pending and my professional license suspended. The original complaintant is recanting the allegations.

You can consider applying for benefits.
The claims team of the labor dept will contact your last employer to verify paperwork and make a decision on your claim based on their feedback.
You can always ask for adjudication.
