If you work part-time, Nevada deducts 3/4 of your income.  However, they only pay for 10 weeks.  I have a job that pays about $200 a week but my unemployment is $322 a week.  Does that mean that I can collect for about 20 weeks?  And what happens if there is an extension?

Full time unemployment benefits is upto 26 weeks in Nevada. I am not categorically sure if the labor dept has special rules for part time workers.

Please speak to a representative from the Customer service/Claims of the Nevada labor department for clarity.
