If I get temporary spousal support from estranged husband, will it reduce the unemployment benefits I am receiving?

Our client is currently going through a divorce and receives $400/month unemployment benefits. If her estranged husband is ordered to pay $400 a month in temporary spousal support, will that spousal support affect the amount she currently receives in unemployment benefits?

As far as I am aware, spousal support may not affect UI benefits.
To get more clarity on this, please refer this case to the customer service of the labor dept in your state for specific information.You can call the service line to check.
