I've been told that my services are no longer needed after 18 years of service as an executive at a Fortune 500 company.  It wasn't said but it was age related but there is no mandatory age for retirement.  I have been offered salary continuation for a short time.  Am I eligible for unemployment benefits during salary continuation?  After salary continuation?  I still have a family to provide for so I am not ready to retire.

You can be eligible for UI benefits after your "Salary Continuation" expires.

Remember, you have other eligibility aspects that must be met.
