i will be moving to south carolina end of June 2014 and I do not have a new job lined up as of yet. Would I be able to collect unemploytment until new job is found?

Depends. UI is extended to those who are unempployed involuntarily.
Either ways,you may have to apply from the state where yo were employed last.
