I am a nurse and was going to be fired over a minor incident. I was given the option to resign which I took. The person that was firing me was trying to find anything she could to fire me for. She was fairly new and I have had an outstanding record before this incident. I have been a nurse for 4 years with no other problems or issues. It was not my choice to leave the job I loved.

Depends.

Both resignation and termination is not a good contributor to the eligibility factor.
