Due to a decrease of business, my Kansas employer is stating i must accept a $32.2% pay cut in order to keep my job.  This is due to no fault of my own.  The have advised that if the offer is not accepted, there will be no position for me and no unemployment benefits. Is this true?

Generally, if you don't accept the changes and decide to quit and apply for UI benefits, then it is considered as voluntarily resignation making you ineligible.
