I was diagnosed with a medical condition following accepting a new job but prior to my start date at this job.  I've had to miss two days of work due to illness in just three weeks, but have medical documentation.  Have worked steadily and without incident for years prior to accepting this new job.  Not sure if I am going to be actually terminated, but if I were, am wondering about my rights.
