Daughter recently abused by father.  Now lives with me but having difficulty adjusting to new environment.  Needs therapy and guidance but I have no fmla to take so I can get her the help she needs.  I had to resign.  When filing unemployment how am I supposed to answer the question about my availability lookin for full time work?  I don't understand.  Should I say no I'm not looking for work?

You must be looking for work to be able to derive UI benefits and voluntary resignation from work will not qualify.
