can an interested party other than the person receiving benefits confirm if they are on unemployment?

I work for an insurance company in workers compensation claims department. In Arizona an individual receiving unemployment benefits is still eligble to receive workers compensation benefits. However any unemployment benefits are considered earnings and need to be considered when paying indemnity benefits under workers compensation. Am trying to determine if there is any way to confirm that an individual is receiving unemployment benefits -

Claiming the benefits depend on the nature of your illness or injury, and whether you are able to accept work for which you are qualified. If you're unable to work, you can't draw unemployment benefits because all states require you be ready, willing and able to accept suitable employment immediately.
