I was transferred to a new assignment which I hated. I feel like I am discriminated, would I qaulify fou UI if I quit?

Generally quitting makes you ineligble. However if there are compelling reasons, you may qualify - this is determined by the unemployment office. Perhaps you should call unemployment. You could also report the employer.
