Claims can be made either through phone calls or by visiting the agency in person. The agency in RI is currently indisposed to handle claims through e-mails.

Monday – Tuesday: 8:00 a.m to 3:00 p.m

Wednesdays – Thursday: 8:00 a.m to 12:00 p.m

Friday: 9:00 a.m to 12:00 p.m

  1. My hours have been cut in half by my employer through no fault of mine. There is a possibility of returning to full time next year. Can I apply for unemployment? If yes, is there a specific form for that circumstance? Thank you-

  3. I am attempting retirement. Was told it can be retroactive Jan 1 st if state of ri permits me to do this even if I have received unemployment. Apparently is available in some states I have been unsuccessful in reaching you.
