  1. I have recently been suspended by my employer I feel I was wrongly suspended I work in a toxic hostile environment and I have been having issues with a coworker for the last couple years I have gone to my manager, her manager, her supervisorr and my HR department and nothing has been done. It is affecting my health, I have had increased migraines, I’m stressed and I don’t feel I want to return to this environment there was a verbal altercation last week between 3 women and things got heated and there was yelling and arguing. I was frustrated and I did push my papers off my desk and I was suspended the next day I don’t feel it was a fair suspension my manager did not even ask for my side of the story and this is how it’s been in this office for several years I have seen a physician for my migraines and stress and a therapist regarding this situation .
